I am just starting out in my area of Holistic Health and Fitness, teaching and mentoring Serious Health-Conscious Active People and Athletes to exercise injury-free with Chi Running and Walking, and have a wholesome rich nutritious diet via including Raw Living Foods into their diets so that they can recover better from workouts, and remain free of illness and have long-term health and fitness. I also include specific Holistic Coaching to mentor people to clear any negative beliefs or sabotaging actions that prevent them from getting out their and performing at their best.
My expertise comes from ” walking my talk” as I have been living the lifestyle I teach of solely living off solely uncooked living foods as an athlete for 13 years and remaining ill-free and injury free. Chi Running (injury-free exercise) has transformed my fitness and well-being having taught it myself and now just certified to teach it.
My message is that “without your health, you have nothing. Superior health and fitness and a positive happy mind is the key to a rewarding and fulfilling life.”
It’s been an exciting journey so far in launching my business and I have many years ahead of joy seeing people become healthy and fit via my teachings.

Thank you for your video. It’s inspiring. I’m new and often think I don’t have an area of expertise, but about a year ago friend of mine said was telling me that I should teach and I said ‘what do I know, what could I teach’. Her response was ‘You don’t know what you have to offer because you live it every day’. Hmmm, so how to move forward helping others?
I would say that I’m expert in connecting with people and seeing what it is they need….from taking care of themselves to a better look for their business, to seeing ways to make their websites more appealing and user friendly. Sometimes I joke and say that I’m an expert consumer.

Thank you so much for investing your time to watch the video and post a comment. I realize how busy all of our lives have become, so I don’t take it lightly. I truly am grateful for every one of you.
Though I focus primarily on experts already in business, I will be sharing tips and ideas from time to time to help people get started.
My advice to you would be to find a specific area where you can provide true value. Then create a blog or website at which you produce content around that expertise. You can write articles, shoot videos, record audio…whatever medium you feel comfortable with.
You then want to offer an amazing piece of content in exchange for a visitor’s name and email address to build an email list. This step involves joining a list management service (such as AWeber, iContact, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.).
As you build your list, you over deliver as best you can each and every week, proving your value to your audience and doing whatever you can to help them reach their goals.
The final step is to tune into your audience, really listen to what they need and want. As you begin to discover their deepest pains as well as hopes and goals, you craft solutions for them.
That, in a nutshell, is how a beginner gets started. There are, of course, hundreds of steps in between, but I’ll be covering them all over the course of time.

Welcome to the Six-Figure Family! I wrote my reply to Debra with both of you in mind, so hopefully you’ll find some pointers in it.
The key, always and forever, is value. You never want to be one of the average hacks who teaches what they don’t know. That’s unfair to every visitor, to put it kindly. You don’t strike me as someone who has to worry about that, though, so just focus on an area where you possess true expertise.
If you don’t have that yet, you can develop it. For instance, if you loved the idea of teaching people how to get organized, you could read as many books as you could get your hands on, sign up for online and offline newsletters, go to conferences and seminars on the topic, learn from the leaders in the industry, and–best of all–offer to help people, one-on-one, get organized–nothing beats working with real people on real problems.
In this way, and many more, you can develop the level of expertise that I want you to have–incredible value that over delivers every time. There are enough people out there who aren’t true experts, so it’s up to us to shout them down with our experience, deep knowledge, and invaluable know-how.

I’ve had my nose to the grindstone, so I’m just catching up with watching your (and others’) videos. I actually watched your second video first, as it was the most recent in my inbox. So, I apologize for being late in my response but nevertheless wanted to add my response.
First of all, before even watching any of your videos, I downloaded your eBook (The Six-Figure Expert). I think it is fantastic! It is highly insightful and eye-opening with knowledge that can be applied immediately.
I thrive off of anything that pertains increasing the human potential, personal efficacy or the ascendancy of man (this meaning humankind, of course…men and women).
As such, my expertise is helping others to maximize favorable decision making and outcomes along prescribed paths at key moments in their lives by providing practical, life-enhancing information and guidance. I strongly believe that by helping others to gain a deeper awareness of interrelating factors and patterns their lives puts them in a mighty powerful position to take full control of their lives – not only by better exercising their willpowers but also by optimizing their self-efficacies, or setting a new default functioning for operating at their best selves as an everyday practice.
In preparation for setting up my area of expertise, I have been steadily building a membership website (almost complete) while also researching, writing, editing and adding content, a forum for members, downloads, videos, and other materials to the site. A very big project for one person to be doing (hence, the time spent with my nose to the grindstone, lol), but it’s also the reason that keeps me up all hours of the night into the early hours in the morning (and sometimes no sleep at all).
Seeing you and so many other expert-preneurs do what you do has truly inspired me to do the same and make a worthwhile income doing what I love while also being of great service to others.
